Traveling throughout Europe, recruiting new employees for the diverse offices in Europe.
Searching for account managers, C++ developers, perl developers, marketing managers, Unix system-network administrators, test engineers etc., via internet, analyze my campaigns with Sitestat.
Interviewing the candidates and make the first selection, the technical part of the interviews was always done by the hiring managers.
Being the only recruiter at Nedstat in the beginning, I had to start up all the recruitment activities for Nedstat. During my last 4 months I hired a Junior Recruiter to assist.
Recruiting staff in all 5 continents, wherever my candidates could be.
Managed to recruit 160 people in 2 years, with only 30% hires via agencies.

Developed the Dutch office of TecLine GmbH. TecLine supplies European technical staff for the IT, construction, electro technical and metal sectors. My job was to get the business started in the Netherlands, Belgium and France. Finding clients and finding staff were part of my tasks. Dealing amongst others with Siemens, Priority Telecom and Unisys.
