RCE Global Recruitment Conference 2008 and W3recruitment

Tomorrow I will be live blogging from RCE Global Recruitment Conference
I am expecting a lot of international recruiters at this conference. Since I’ve seen many US Recruiters in Miami, I think tomorrow there will be lots of Recruiters from the other side of the world. Think I am gonna count nationalities again tomorrow.

Also I am very curious about their feelings around the global economic downturn, and what they think the 2009 Recruitment trends are going to be.

My top 3 Recruitment trends for 2009 are:

1 Lot of movement on the Labourmarket

2 Online presence

3 No budget

Which will lead to better sourcing, quicker sourcing, cheaper sourcing.
Which will give us more time and focus on selection
Which will save us money right away and even more in the end

Having said all this, be smart in spending your money on recruitment, but keep spending!
